Get Ready For the Season 1. Get your paper work, physical, permission slip, etc. from athletic office. 2. Fill the Douglas County/school paper work out, turn that and $200 club fee to athletic secretary. 3. All paper work and money go to your home school's secretary. 4. The total cost for the season is $200 turned in to the secretary. $100 is the school sport fee. That is all your rugby dues; USA registration, club expenses, field costs, referee, coaches, etc. $100 covers the uniform costs which you get to keep; shorts $25, socks $10, mouth guard $3, t-shirt $12, warm-ups $50 5. Fill out USA rugby and club medical form and return to coach Jones, the USA form will ask for a registration fee, do not worry about this, the fee is covered by your club money and will be paid directly from the school USARugby Registration form Club Medical Form these forms are in PDF format please let me know if you need copies in a different format. Costs should not be a reason to not participate. Getting advertisements on t-shirts, or hoodies helps to cover your costs and provide scholarships for needy players. We can work a monthly payment plan or a part or total scholarship to help players cover the costs. 100% participation is expected to all games practices and club activities. An absence may be excused by any coach prior to practice. Absences may be made up if/as oked by coaches. |
