The IRB are resonsible for the laws of the game. The IRB also organises the major competitions such as the world cups and the international sevens series.
USA Rugby manages the US national team, national competitions and has overall resposiblity for Rugby in the USA.
The territorial union for
Eastern Rockies, Great Plains, Heart of America, Missouri, Ozark, Rio Grande and Texas.
E.R.R.F.U. are the local Rugby Union reseponsible for everything Rugby in our local region.
Colorado Youth Rugby (C.Y.R.) as a part of ERRFU are responsible for the admistration for age grade rugby in Colorado.
